Kasteel Rouge is a unique blend of Kasteel Donker and a sweet cherry liqueur. This fruity beer makes a great aperitif on a sunny terrace. It’s certainly a beer for lovers of sweet cherries with an overpowering aroma of the fruit. The cherries get the better of the malt in the Kasteel Donker mother beer, although it contributes touches of chocolate and pepper to remind you it’s there. Az amerikai IPA elkészítésének több irányzata van. Az egyik, amikor az alapsört egész egyszerű alapanyagokból és technikával készítik el és a sok hozzáadott amerikai komló adja meg a sör karakterét. A másik lehetőség, hogy az alapsört is karakteresre főzik és az amerikai komlókkal törekszenek az ideális egyensúlyra a sörben. A mi sörünk az utóbbi csoportba tartozik. A főzéshez ötféle malátát használunk, és a napjainkban legdivatosabb amerikai Citra komlót adjuk hozzá. Illatában és ízében is hozza a trópusi gyümölcsös aromákat, a kortyérzet kissé édesen indul, ami markáns keserűben végződik. Szárnyalásra született. Show Less

It has been thanks to this experimentation of tastes, that among others, many American special have been born, some of which you could have sampled in our brewery, for example APA or American Brown Ale. This time, we prepared something extraordinary for you a special created by combining the very best of German, Belgian and American styles, Belgian White Wheat IPA, a.k.a. Lanius Weison®. A balanced combination of these diverse tastes and aromas introduces an exciting experience of senses in your glass, its magic concealed in its uniqueness. The pervasive aroma of elderberry flower strikes at nose, making one to raise the glass for a first sip. The gustatory sensation begins with tropical fruits supported by the velvet texture of wheat malt. In the open-ing the hoppy bitterness is almost negligible, but while the pleasant chill spills throughout the body, it comes around in a tender grapefruit-like form. Thereafter the beer passes on to a very dry, mildly sour finish, chasing thirst away, yet promoting the craving for another sip.Show Less

Single hopped Australian pale ale. A new beer fom the team here at Thornbridge “Galaxia”. The name might suggest it’s from the stars but it refers to this being a single hopped pale ale – a beer brewed to showcase the Australian hop variety Galaxy.
